Job Responsibilities
Limousine Chauffeur
As a Limousine Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing luxury transportation services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving clients to various destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Assisting clients with luggage and other belongings
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Airport Shuttle Driver
As an Airport Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from the airport. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking up passengers from designated locations and dropping them off at the airport
- Providing assistance with luggage and other belongings
- Adhering to schedules and ensuring on-time arrival at the airport
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during transportation
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their transportation needs and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Booking reservations and managing customer accounts
- Providing information about services, rates, and availability
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is a plus
