Position Overview

As a Glass Coating & Tinting Specialist at Pride Distributing, Inc., you will be responsible for applying a variety of coatings and tints to glass surfaces, including windows, doors, and vehicle windows. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their specifications. Your attention to detail and expertise in glass coating and tinting techniques will ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply window films and coatings to various glass surfaces
• Measure and cut films to fit specific window dimensions
• Ensure proper adhesion and finish of coatings
• Collaborate with clients to determine the most suitable tint or coating for their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in glass coating and tinting
• Proficiency in using cutting tools and applying films to glass surfaces
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
