We are Hiring

Position: Human Resource Consultants

We are currently seeking experienced Human Resource Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resource Consultant at Bashen Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing strategic HR solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on human resource management practices to clients
• Develop HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs
• Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement
• Design and deliver training programs on HR best practices
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Position: Business Coaches & Consultants

We are also looking for Business Coaches & Consultants to join our team. As a Business Coach & Consultant at Bashen Consulting, you will work closely with clients to help them identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Develop customized coaching plans to address client needs
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them implement changes
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on business best practices
• Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business consulting or coaching
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of success in working with clients to achieve business outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
