1. Line Cooks

• Prepare and cook delicious grilled chicken and other menu items
• Ensure all food meets El Pollo Regio’s quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

2. Servers

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

3. Cashiers

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude
• Accurately process customer orders and payments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
