We are Hiring:

Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries about our storage services
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Process payments and update customer accounts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
• Provide tours of the facility to potential customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
