About Us:

Bimbo’s Beer & Bar B Q is a well-known establishment in the heart of downtown, specializing in serving up delicious barbecue dishes and an extensive selection of beers and cocktails. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and lively atmosphere for our patrons, whether they’re looking to enjoy a casual night out with friends or catch the big game on our big screen TVs.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Bartenders:

We are looking for skilled bartenders who are passionate about crafting creative and delicious cocktails for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced bar environment and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and serving drinks to customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar

2. Servers:

If you have a friendly and outgoing personality, we want you to join our team as a server! Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities include:

• Taking customer orders
• Delivering food and beverages to tables
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling cash and credit card transactions

3. Kitchen Staff:

Our kitchen is the heart of our operation, and we are looking for experienced cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious barbecue dishes and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team
• Following food safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
