We are hiring for Hardwood Floor Installer

Are you passionate about hardwood floors and have a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking experienced Hardwood Floor Installers to join our team. As a Hardwood Floor Installer at Carpet Connection, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional flooring solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install hardwood floors in residential and commercial properties
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific spaces
• Ensure floors are properly leveled and installed according to industry standards
• Inspect existing flooring and subfloor for any damage or imperfections
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing hardwood floors
• Knowledge of different wood species and installation techniques
• Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
