Job Responsibilities

• Develop leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on the different insurance products available and help them choose the best options for their needs
• Create customized insurance plans based on clients’ individual requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
• Stay current on industry trends and changes to insurance policies

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Insurance license preferred but not required (we will provide training and support to obtain license)
