We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Early Childhood Educator

As an Early Childhood Educator at The Bear Creek KinderCare, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children every day. Responsibilities include planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supporting children’s social and emotional growth, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

2. Child Care Aide

Join our team as a Child Care Aide and assist our teachers in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all children. Duties include helping with daily routines, supervising playtime, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. This is a great entry-level position for those looking to start a career in childcare.

3. After-School Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead our after-school program. The After-School Program Coordinator will plan and oversee a variety of activities, provide homework help, and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for working with school-aged children.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field)
