Are you a food enthusiast who is passionate about Latin American cuisine? Do you have a flair for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, Taqueria Chalupas is looking for talented individuals like you to join our team!

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Line Cooks
• Server
• Bartender
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher

Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of Latin American and Spanish cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for cooking

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Latin American and Spanish cuisine is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a variety of drinks to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Provide friendly and attentive service to bar patrons
• Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position: Host/Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Position: Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
