Position Available: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Unit

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Assess patient condition, administer medications, and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas RN license or compact license recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
