Position: Line Cook

Are you a passionate and experienced Line Cook looking to join a dynamic team? Mi Rancho Grill & Bar is currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure that food storage areas are kept clean and organized
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Food Handler’s certification is a plus

Position: Server

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Mi Rancho Grill & Bar is looking for friendly and outgoing Servers to join our front-of-house team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Check in with guests to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• TIPS or other alcohol service certification is a plus
