Open Positions

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Red Fish Seafood Grill, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:
– Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
– Knowledge of seafood and grilling techniques
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Strong communication skills
– Food safety certification is a plus

2. Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests. As a Server at Red Fish Seafood Grill, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus
– Willingness to work evenings and weekends

3. Bartender

Do you have a passion for mixology and creating unique cocktails? Join our team as a Bartender at Red Fish Seafood Grill! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our customers.

What we’re looking for:
– Previous experience working as a Bartender
– Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Certification in responsible alcohol service
