Position: Crew Member
We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members at our Long John Silver’s locations. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with stocking inventory and completing other tasks as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
