We are Hiring: Bankruptcy Services Attorney

Sandel & Patterson, Attorneys is a reputable law firm specializing in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bankruptcy Services Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients filing for bankruptcy
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and options in bankruptcy cases
• Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases from start to finish
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents
• Attend court hearings and meetings on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the bankruptcy process

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are also looking for a skilled Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about representing clients in civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, from initial consultation to trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and trial law
• Strong litigation and trial experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
