Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Marais is currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Marais’ recipes and standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.

2. Bartender

• Create delicious and visually appealing cocktails for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons in a friendly manner.
• Maintain the bar area and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.

3. Server

• Take customer orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding their needs.
