Job Title: Assistant Chocolatier

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist head chocolatier in all aspects of chocolate production
• Temper chocolate and mold various shapes
• Create and decorate truffles and other confections
• Ensure overall quality and consistency of all products
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales when needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with chocolate is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Title: Ice Cream Maker

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of artisanal ice cream flavors from scratch
• Operate ice cream machines and equipment
• Monitor ice cream production process and ensure quality standards
• Create unique and innovative ice cream flavors based on seasonal ingredients
• Assist with inventory management and ordering ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with serving ice cream to customers

Qualifications:

• Prior experience making ice cream is preferred
• Knowledge of different ice cream production techniques
• Creativity and enthusiasm for creating new flavors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
