Position: Kitchen Staff

We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our kitchen staff team. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our delicious Krispy Krunchy Chicken menu items, ensuring that food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Krispy Krunchy Chicken’s recipes and guidelines
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Team player mentality

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Various locations nationwide

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are also looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
