Position: Mold Remediation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mold remediation in residential and commercial buildings according to industry standards and company protocols
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify sources of moisture and mold growth
• Set up containment areas and utilize proper safety procedures to prevent the spread of mold spores
• Remove and dispose of contaminated materials safely and effectively
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent future mold growth
• Document work performed and communicate findings with clients and management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mold remediation or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of mold remediation techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
