Job Responsibilities

• Create custom floral arrangements for funeral services, including casket sprays, wreaths, and bouquets.
• Collaborate with families to understand their preferences and create meaningful tributes to their loved ones.
• Coordinate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless execution of services.
• Assist with funeral arrangements, including scheduling services, coordinating logistics, and providing support to grieving families.
• Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order necessary materials to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong artistic abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassion and empathy for those who are grieving.
