Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and expertise to help our customers create beautiful outdoor spaces.

We are hiring for the following position:

Garden Center Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting plants, trees, and gardening supplies
• Provide expert advice on plant care and maintenance
• Help maintain the appearance of the garden center
• Operate cash register and process transactions
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Receive and stock merchandise
• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a garden center or nursery preferred
• Knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
