We Are Hiring

Do you have a passion for Latin American cuisine? Are you a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

– Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our recipes and presentation guidelines
– Ensure all food is prepared fresh and meets quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

2. Server

– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
– Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
– Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests

3. Dishwasher

– Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
– Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
– Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization as needed
– Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

To be considered for a position at Cuchara, candidates must meet the following requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
– Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
