About Us:
Rincon Criollo Cuban Cuisine is a family-owned Cuban restaurant located in the heart of Miami. We take pride in serving authentic Cuban dishes made with love and care, providing our customers with a taste of the rich culture and flavors of Cuba. Our restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 10 years, and we are looking to expand our team with passionate individuals who share our love for Cuban cuisine.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
1. Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to traditional Cuban recipes
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in accordance with standards
- Clean and maintain kitchen stations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking
2. Server:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
3. Dishwasher:
- Operate commercial dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure kitchen area is kept clean and organized
- Assist with kitchen prep and stocking as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
