Position: Cocktail Mixologist

As a Cocktail Mixologist at Zen Hookah Lounge, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting innovative and delicious cocktails for our guests. You will work closely with our bartenders and team members to ensure that our drink menu is always exciting and up to date. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare a variety of handcrafted cocktails for guests
• Develop new and seasonal cocktail recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume cocktail lounge
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TABC certification (preferred)
