Available Positions

• Line Cook
• Server
• Dishwasher
• Host/Hostess
• Catering Assistant

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Line Cook

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and organization
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Server

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Previous serving experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks as needed
• No previous experience required – training will be provided
• Able to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests, answer questions, seat guests as needed
• Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Catering Assistant

• Assist with preparing and setting up food displays for catering events
• Ensure all catering orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Provide exceptional customer service to catering clients
• Previous catering experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
