We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Guest Services Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

2. Housekeeping Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
• Adhere to hotel cleanliness standards and protocols
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations

3. Front Desk Agent

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide check-in/check-out services
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and address guest inquiries
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
