Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout their case.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
