We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Front Desk Agent.

Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description:

As a Front Desk Agent at Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Westchase, you will be the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, making reservations, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Make reservations and provide information about hotel services
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel management software is a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
