Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions
• Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in guest bookings
• Assist with guest requests and ensure a pleasant stay for all visitors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
