We are Hiring: Position – Music Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the music program for all church services and events
• Select appropriate music for worship services, including hymns, contemporary songs, and special music
• Coordinate with the worship team, choir, and musicians to ensure a cohesive and impactful music ministry
• Recruit, train, and develop musicians and vocalists within the church community
• Collaborate with the pastor and church leadership to plan and execute music-related activities and programs
• Attend staff meetings, rehearsals, and other church events as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficient in playing a musical instrument (piano, guitar, organ, etc.)
• Experience leading worship services and directing a music program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Passion for music ministry and spiritual growth
• Knowledge of Southern Baptist traditions and worship practices
