Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Oversee medication management and administration

• Train and mentor nursing staff to maintain a skilled and compassionate team

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in senior care or assisted living facilities
