We are currently seeking a talented and motivated bankruptcy law attorney to join our firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy law
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and motions
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges
• Research and analyze bankruptcy laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction where practicing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
