Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Boat & Marine Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, particularly in the boat and marine insurance sector. As a Boat & Marine Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the boat and marine insurance portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Leading a team of insurance agents to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a focus on boat and marine insurance
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Insurance license (Property & Casualty) required
