Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Sheila’s Hair & Threading team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients to determine their needs and preferences
• Performing haircuts, styling, and coloring treatments
• Providing threading and waxing services
• Administering facials and other skincare treatments
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

Qualifications

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or esthetics license
• Previous experience working in a salon or spa
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and coloring
• Proficiency in threading, waxing, and facials
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
