Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN at The Heights of North Houston, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring residents’ health and updating care plans as needed
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents’ health status

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving seniors and who have a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license and experience working in a long-term care setting.
