Position: Barista

As a Barista at Onion Creek Coffee House, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, taking customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks
• Assisting customers in selecting coffee beans and pastries
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Operating and cleaning espresso machines and other equipment
• Handling cash transactions and using a POS system

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
