Position: Drug Charges Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Drug Charges Attorney to handle a caseload of drug-related criminal cases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of drug laws and regulations, as well as a proven track record of successfully defending clients facing drug charges. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on drug laws and regulations
• Representing clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiating plea agreements with prosecutors
• Developing case strategies and defenses
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law, with a focus on drug charges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
