1. Physicians & Surgeons, Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat)

As a Physician or Surgeon specializing in Otorhinolaryngology at Bay Area Ent Specialists, you will have the opportunity to diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology will support you in providing the best possible care to your patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive ENT evaluations
• Perform surgical procedures when necessary
• Counsel patients on treatment options and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care

Requirements:

• Board certification in Otorhinolaryngology
• Valid medical license in the state of California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

2. Physicians & Surgeons, Pediatrics-Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat)

Join our team as a Pediatric Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and make a difference in the lives of our youngest patients. At Bay Area Ent Specialists, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages, providing expert care and compassion to help them thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat pediatric ENT conditions
• Perform surgical procedures tailored to children’s needs
• Educate parents and caregivers on ENT care for children
• Collaborate with pediatricians and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

3. Audiologists

As an Audiologist at Bay Area Ent Specialists, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients with hearing and balance disorders. You will conduct thorough assessments, provide personalized treatment plans, and offer ongoing support to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Perform audiometric testing and evaluations
• Recommend and fit hearing aids and other assistive devices
• Offer counseling and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology
• Clinical experience in diagnostic testing and hearing aid fitting
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
