We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect musical instrument based on their needs and preferences
• Provide information about different musical instruments, accessories, and services offered by the store
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of products
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Passion for music and musical instruments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
