Sigs Lagoon is a beloved gift shop located in the heart of downtown Houston, Texas. We offer a wide range of unique gifts, home décor, and souvenirs that cater to locals and tourists alike. At Sigs Lagoon, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Gift Shop Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments
- Help create eye-catching displays to showcase our products
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
