Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payment.
• Create loan packages for presentation to underwriters.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan origination software.
