We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Bartenders

As a bartender at The Alley Kat Bar and Lounge, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious cocktails to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Servers

Our servers play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and able to work well in a team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Knowledge of menu items and specials

Barbacks

Barbacks at The Alley Kat Bar and Lounge are responsible for keeping the bar stocked and organized, assisting bartenders with drink preparation, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barback
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player attitude
