We are Hiring for Contract Manufacturing Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Contract Manufacturing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and quality control, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract manufacturing relationships and agreements
• Ensure quality and consistency of products produced by contract manufacturers
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities

We are also looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Bags-Burlap, Canvas & Cotton Specialist. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their packaging needs and provide customized solutions using our wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate bags, burlap, canvas, or cotton products
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Work with production team to ensure quality and consistency of finished products
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the order process
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to continuously improve product offerings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of bags, burlap, canvas, or cotton products preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
