Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products for their specific needs
• Provide product knowledge and expertise on various flooring options including hardwood floors, carpets, rugs, draperies, curtains, and window treatments
• Perform accurate measurements and estimates for clients
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Process sales orders and handle transactions efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
