We are hiring for the following position:

Barista

Job Description:

As a Barista at Ruby’s Diner, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers, taking their orders and providing excellent service. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, as well as assisting with inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages in a timely manner
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
