Position Available: Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts Attorney

We are looking for an experienced attorney with a focus on Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this practice area and be licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Assisting clients with probate and trust administration
• Providing legal advice on estate planning matters
• Handling complex estate planning cases

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, & Living Trusts law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed to practice law in California

Position Available: Personal Injury Law Attorney

We are also looking for a skilled attorney with experience in Personal Injury Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation and be licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities:

• Handling personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Representing clients in court hearings and trials
• Providing strategic legal advice on personal injury matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Licensed to practice law in California

Position Available: Business Law Attorney

Are you a talented attorney with a passion for Business Law? We are looking for a skilled attorney to join our team and assist our clients with their business legal needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Business Law and be licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on business legal matters
• Drafting and reviewing business contracts and agreements
• Assisting with business transactions and mergers & acquisitions
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Law
• Strong understanding of business legal principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Licensed to practice law in California
