Position: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Housewares department at Macy’s. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a neat and organized department
• Assist in restocking merchandise and creating displays
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
