Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Omni Houston Hotel, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
