We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Clinics:

Clinic Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic
• Manage staff schedules and workflow
• Ensure compliance with regulations and protocols
• Coordinate patient care and appointments
• Previous experience in clinic management required

Medical Assistant:

• Assist physicians with patient care
• Prepare exam rooms and equipment
• Take patient histories and vital signs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certification as a medical assistant preferred

Front Desk Receptionist:

• Greet patients and check them in
• Schedule appointments and answer phone calls
• Verify insurance information and collect payments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred

Physicians & Surgeons:

Ophthalmologist:

• Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions
• Perform surgeries as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
• Experience in cataract and refractive surgery preferred

Optometrist:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams
• Prescribe corrective lenses and medications
• Manage ocular health and conditions
• Doctor of Optometry degree required
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Texas
