Job Title: Mobile Home Dealer

Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping people find their dream home? Do you have a knack for sales and building lasting relationships with customers? If so, The Repo Depot is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Mobile Home Dealers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect mobile home to meet their needs and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right mobile home based on their preferences and budget
• Provide information on available homes and financing options
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to facilitate the home buying process
• Conduct home tours and showcase the features and benefits of each property
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate or home sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of mobile home construction and financing options
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
